We've had excellent service from the team in Perth and they have met our needs every step of the way and held our 1.2 plus tent and 270 plus awning for us until we could make it there to pick it up, setting up was easy just followed instructions and all tools needed are included! We are loving the setup so far, everything is working perfectly and the quality is great!

Installing solar panel was a bit of a nightmare but over all good
So happy with the purchase. Super comfy, Excellent customer service and after sales support in attaching awning and the tent to the tub-rack!
